Ahi Tuna 2++/1+ Loin.  Wild caught.  Deep red with robust flavor.  Fresh, never frozen.  Best in Sushi, Poke and Seared rare or medium rare.

2 pound* minimum.  Use the dropdown to add to your order in one pound increments.

Usually cut as one fillet.

Cutting fish to size is an art and not a science.  J

More than an ounce under/over will be charged/refunded at actual weight.

Rotating seasonal selection of the freshest seafood available.  Days fresher than the grocer.  Refrigerated shelf life of 4 days on the flakier fishes, a little longer on denser cuts. 

Simple packaging of fish meant for a restaurant kitchen.  Delivered bag in a bag w/ ice.

Fresh fish are not vacuum packaged, but we hope to offer this option in the future.
