Our chicken is received fresh daily and processed in an ultra-clean environment exceeding USDA standards.  Vacuum Packaged to minimize handling in two 2.5# bags, while providing a longer shelf life and is the preferred packaging for freezing.  All of our products are antibiotic & hormone free.
