Wet-Aged for Tenderness.  The current "it" meat for your smoker.  Also great braised, slow cooked, or in the crock pot.

Cut fresh to order from Chuck Shoulder, one of the most tender roasts available.  Also called Mock Ribeye and Poor Man's Brisket.  Averages 5.5* lbs.

If actual weight is significantly different a refund/invoice will be issued.

Individually vacuum packaged for extended shelf life and direct to freezer convenience.
