• Boneless Ribeye Cut to order by weight or thickness (1 1/8" etc).  Avg 15-17 lbs. * Includes trimmings.  USDA Prime.

• Bone-In  Ribeye Cut to order by weight or thickness (1 1/8" etc).  Avg 18-22 lbs.*  Includes trimmings.  USDA Prime.

All steaks/prime rib/trimmings are Individually vacuum packaged for extended shelf life and direct to freezer convenience.

An adjustment will be made if the weight veers from the middle of the average more than a few ounces.
