Picanha (pronounced pee-KAHN-yah) is a cut of Top Sirloin including the fat cap. Often cooked on a skewer, this is one of the meats brought to you tableside at a Brazillian Steak house.  USDA Choice Black Angus, avg 4.5-5 lbs.  Fat cap thickness varies.
