Tri-Tip Steak.  Lean with lots of flavor.  This cut of Sirloin is also called California Steak.

USDA Prime Black Angus.  Tri-tips all differ in weight, averaging 1.75-3 lbs.  We shoot for around 2.25 lbs.

Cut fresh to order in an ultra-clean environment exceeding USDA standards.  Individually vacuum packaged for extended shelf life and direct to freezer convenience.  Blast chilled, preserving texture and flavor while locking in freshness and nutrients.
